Ambic Equipment Limited A UK based dairy hygiene equipment manufacturer, recognised as the worlds leading supplier of equipment used for the prevention and detection of Mastitis in dairy cattle.

 The company acquired the businesses of Gulf Rubber in Australia and NZ . Gulf Rubber is involved in the design and manufacture of highly technical rubber and associated polymer products. Key markets for Gulf Rubber include automotive, appliance, medical, construction, mining, valve control and irrigation industries. Exports to Asia, Europe and North America account for approx 20% of Gulf Rubber’s sales.

2008
April Businesses sold The Company sold four non-core businesses on 30 April 2008 which included the roofing, conveyor and containment businesses of Skellerup Industries Ltd together with the business of Batavian Rubber Co Limited.
